How would you describe your photography style?
I love to romanticize life.
My work is nostalgic, emotional, and film-inspired. Its focused on capturing not just how the moment looks, but how t feels.
Think golden light, dreamy details and storytelling that feels timeless.
I'm not drawn to stiff, traditional posing; instead, I create prompted scenes with movement and connection.
I live for those in-between, real and raw moments that show your true story.
What if I don't feel comfortable in front of the camera?
Almost everyone feels a bit uncomfortable or awkward at first!
Its normal, especially if this is something new for you. If you've never been shot by a professional photographer before, let me assure you its nothing you have to stress about!! Especially not with me.
My energy during my sessions is fun, relaxed and super open. I LOVE to guide and prompt, you'll never be left to "figure it out" on your own. I will always come prepared as to how I want to position and guide you.
Truthfully, my clients are typically impressed with how much fun they have during their sessions.
What should I wear for the session?
Love that question!!
I will guide you.
We want outfits that feel natural, flattering and true to you. BUT that will support your vision for the session.
Ex: we don't want flip flops for a western shoot that includes horses.. Boots are a better fit for the VIBE.
Here are a few of MY favorites : flowy dresses (no patterns), earthy tones, denim (even denim on denim), and textures that move with the wind always photograph beautifully.
Do you help choosing the location?
YES.
Location scouting is part of my process. Ill suggest dreamy spots that best support the vibe and aesthetic desired for you specific session. Ill suggest a handful of options, some with mountain views, wildflower fields, horse pastures, open spaces or even hidden forests.. YOU don't have to stress about finding the perfect place, I'll take care of that and make sure you align with the options given to you.
(you are more than welcomed to offer a location if you have a specific one in mind)
How long does it take to receive my gallery?
Typically, your full gallery will be delivered within 2-4 weeks. I take great care of editing each image so it reflects the emotion and magic of YOUR session.
*I also send sneak peeks within the 72 hours following our session*
Where are you based, and do you travel?
I'm based in the heart of the Vail Valley, Colorado, more specifically in Eagle. I photograph ALL over the Vail Valley, from hidden meadows to alpine peaks. I LOVE exploring new backdrops and am always happy to travel a little further if the setting helps tell your story best. (I offer further location options with a price "add-on")
As for traveling outside of the State or even country I am always open to new opportunities, message me if you are outside of Colorado and want to work something out ;)
Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?
YES!!!
As long as you tag/credit me as the photographer.
I offer branding and marketing packages on my "services" page if that is the type of content you are looking for.
